How long does it take to ship orders? Orders are shipped within the US. We will ship your order as quickly as possible allowing within 2-5 business days. The amount of time it takes to receive your products will depend on how long it takes for us to process your order and how long it takes the carrier to deliver the order once it ships.
Risk of Loss? Once all items are passed to the carrier, afterwards the risk of loss is passed on to the customer after the items have been shipped.
What is the return policy? Contact us at 502-905-5366 to discuss the reason for return and receive a return authorization. For all returns other than damaged, you must be a verified buyer, and the product must be unopened and returned in its original packaging within 30 days. Any approved refunds will be refunded according to how the original payment was made. You must allow time for the item(s) to be received and inspected prior to issuing the refund and/or any credits.
Before and After Pics, how long did it take to get shown results? The before and after pics used volunteers to test product results. The outcome of the results was seen within 3-7 days after use. Keep in mind all skin types are different and you may be able to use the products in less or longer timeframes before seeing results.
If local, are we able to order products for pick-up and/or delivery? In some cases, yes, you will need to contact us at 502-905-5366 to arrange payment and delivery/pickup if authorized.
Does the product have an expiration date? Yes, due to the nature of our products being natural with organic ingredients, the product should be used within 12 months of purchase. Our processing of inventory is monitored for shelf life and will not be processed or sold beyond expiration or close to expiration date.
What skin types can use these products that TilNay Brands offer? Our products are made for all skin types. Our ingredients are gentle enough for sensitive skin, yet effective for most skin types including normal to dry and combination to oily skin.
